How the Monitored Personal Alarm works
Activating the Monitored Personal Alarm with a single SOS button press sends an alert with a location fix, using A-GPS, and opens a voice channel.
Incoming calls are monitored and answered 24/7 at the CSS ARC in Glasgow.
The user is located on an integrated, multi-layer map which enables assistance to be despatched for a fast and measured response.

Lone Worker Alarm add-on for existing intruder systems
The fast, simple and effective solution for signalling an alarm for help in an emergency.
The Homeguard Two Way Wireless Hold Up Device* (only works in conjunction with many existing commercial alarm systems and the latest HomeGuard alarm system) has a range of up to 300m in open space and is easily and quickly activated by pressing the centre of both buttons down for one second. If it is connected to the CSS Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) the alert will be received immediately and acted upon.
